PAPA SECA
Grammar Point: Dependent Clauses

Once the potatoes are dried, they’re grinded into small pieces to get papa seca─which is sold at a higher price than potatoes. Since this is the dry season now, people are making papa seca these months; so, there are always streets with sidewalks covered with potatoes being dried these days. But if you see papa seca first on the sidewalks and later on certain meals for lunch, you may be reluctant to eat some dishes served in front of you! Happily, that’s not my case.
