Grammar Point: Dropping That

I wish I were as patient with people as I am with picture taking. When I take a photograph, I know I have to wait patiently to take the right shot at the right time because it all depends on the subject in the picture and the circumstances that surround that subject. For instance, I cannot make a flower bloom faster. I have no control over how much light or wind there is around that flower, either─especially outdoors─. Today, I want to thank God because I have recently gotten reminded of the importance of being patient not only with the subjects in my pictures and the circumstances that surround them but also with the people around me and their circumstances in order to bring the best out of others.
