Enjoying the beauty of nature doesn’t cost any money here in Otuzco. However, if you want to have flowers in a vase in your house in a big city like Lima, you have to pay for them. For example, one of my sisters─Maria─likes to have natural flowers in her apartment. She regularly buys flowers for her place. She also gives Mom flowers frequently─but Maria has to pay for them! In Otuzco, if you like to appreciate the beauty of nature, you only have to take a walk and see what is around you. If you need to decorate a place for an event, you can go to the outskirts of the town and pick flowers. There are always beautiful wild flowers here─at no cost!
